Atmospheric accommodation with perfect setting next to Chinatown, the Tram and the bus station, also the metro and Amtrak station and the train station.

Breakfast was very good, location was handy, staff was sweet.

Elite rooms overall and good value. It was an exceptional experience & staff were so very helpful. I slept so comfy in the really nice bed. The team there provided efficient service. Breathtaking location, a few steps away from pioneer square.

Spotlessly clean venue with absolutely gorgeous location close to the train station. Really accommodating, always welcoming people working here. I loved the breakfast, there was a lot of good food. Early check in and late check out.

Facilities were magnificent, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

Hard-working staff and a fine breakfast including a good choice of coffee, scrambled eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit and breads. Nicely refurbished room with comfortable decor and luxurious bathroom. The beach was magnificent and near the hotel.

I liked every detail here, including location and amenities, that were very good. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. Perfect location with a railway station close to the hotel.

good value in an impressive hotel. all good - we enjoyed our stay - food was cheap and particularly helpful staff. perfectly located for us. polite service within 5 km of the airport. pool was heated too.

we appreciated complimentary breakfast, offered by the hotel.

it offers good prices. we had a natural lighting in our room. just a 10-minute stroll to the center. we ordered lunch at tenoch mexican grill, located next door to the venue.

The bed was squeaky here.
